Refund policy

Every KARVIT piece is printed to order, just for you. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Free size exchange (launch offer)

On orders placed until 31 December 2026, size exchanges are free. Request one within 7 days of delivery by WhatsApp or email with your order number. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with the label intact.

How it works: we book a free pickup for the original piece, and as soon as it's collected we start printing your new size. You pay nothing extra. One size exchange per item.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing: the problem, the barcode sticker on the product, and the parcel with its shipping label (an unboxing video helps). We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Change of mind

Because each piece is made only after you order, we can't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until printing begins, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Message us quickly and we'll confirm. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
